True Story: In 2004, my friend Jim and I got pit tickets to see Green Day and Blink 182 in Tinley Park, IL as seniors in high school. It was the closest I ever got to see huge bands. At the end of Green Day's set, the drummer Tre Cool threw out his signed drumsticks and I jumped really high to catch one and immediately shoved it down my pants so no one could steal it. I gave the stick away at a trivia night in 2011!
